103 Raymond Avenue
103 Raymond Avenue is a 2 story, 3 bay, rectangular plan, brick veneer and wood frame, Colonial Revival, residential building. The c. 1940 house features a slate-clad side gable roof, wood shingles and 6/6 windows on the second floor, and a semi-circular curved bay window on one side of the entrance and a garage opening on the opposite side. 103-121 Raymond Avenue were all constructed after the demolition of the Eleanor B. Ingersoll estate. Although they are modest Colonial Revival homes, they fall into the period of significance, and have maintained their integrity.
