The shingle-clad, c. 1940 house features a slate-clad, side gable roof with brick veneered cross gable entrance bay, 8/8 windows, and an attached 2 car garage. 103-121 Raymond Avenue were all constructed after the demolition of the Eleanor B. Ingersoll estate. Although they are modest Colonial Revival homes, they fall into the period of significance, and have maintained their integrity.
