292 Scotland Road is a 2 1/2 story, 3 bay, rectangular plan, brick and wood frame, Dutch Colonial Revival, residential building. The c. 1900 side gambrel roofed house has a full width shed dormer, pent roof at the first floor with Doric column-supported pedimented portico flanked by leaded sidelights, 8/1 windows and set back side porches.
