327 Warwick Avenue

327 Warwick Avenue is a 2 1/2 story, 3 bay, irregular plan, Queen Anne influenced, wood frame, residential building. Constructed c. 1880, the house has a dual pitched hipped roof with lower cross gables and two corner towers. Additional classicizing details include a Doric column-supported wrap around porch, multiple window groupings, and a Palladian window in the gable apex. The first floor is clad with clapboard, and the upper floors with patterned shingles. One of the oldest houses in the Montrose area, it was originally owned by a J. Lagowitz. By 1911, it was owned by Lydia H. Thompson.
