34 Kingman Road

34 Kingman Road is a 2 1/2 story, 3 bay, rectangular plan, Colonial Revival, wood frame, residential building. The c. 1900 house is articulated by a brownstone foundation with matching column piers, a hipped roof with hipped dormers, second story semi-hexagonal bays, and an Ionic column-supported, full front porch with a pedimented porte-cochere. The extended roof eaves are supported by exaggerated paired brackets. The house is clad with clapboard on the first floor and shingles on the second. The house was built for Thomas F. Crowley.
