Built c. 1920, the side gable-roofed house has a shed dormer, dentillated entablature at the roof and first floor, projecting one story single bay porches, and a Doric column-supported hipped roofed portico with sidelights. Fenestration consists of paired 6/1 windows on the second floor and tri-partite windows on the first floor.
