351 Hartford Road is a 2 1/2 story, 3 bay, irregular plan, Queen Anne-influenced, masonry residential building with wood detailing. Constructed c. 1900, the brick house has a patterned slate-clad, hipped roof with crossed gables, brownstone foundation, paneled brick chimneys, a gabled dormer, octagonal tower, 2 story, semi-hexagonal bays and a Doric-column-supported, wrap-around porch. The house was initially owned by J.O. Faron.
