360 Irving Avenue is a 2 1/2 story, 3 bay, rectangular plan, brick, Mediterranean Revival, residential building. Constructed c. 1920 the green clay tile-clad, hipped roof house is articulated by a matching dormer, overhanging eaves, a gabled pedimented enclosed portico with clay tile roof, cornice return, a round-arched cast stone, shell motif door lintel and three part window groupings. The main block is flanked by one story, set back, side porches. Additional ornamentation includes leaded sidelights, and patterned brick panels on the second floor.
