364 Charlton Avenue is a 3 story, 4 bay, “L”-shaped plan, Shingle style, wood frame, residential building. Built around 1890, the wood shingle-clad house has a crossed gable roof-line, cornice returns, and a variety of round-arched and rectangular windows. Overhanging gables and a massive, paneled, brick chimney add interest to the roof-line. A pier-supported porch on one side of the house is balanced by an arched opening on the opposite of the facade. Around the turn-of-the-century, the house was owned by M.H. Roberts. In the 1920s, the house was owned by Mrs. Evelyn Ford.
