Constructed c. 1925, the hip-roofed house features 6/1 paired windows, an enclosed portico with segmentally-arched fanlight and matching sidelights, engaged corner Ionic columns, overhanging block supported eaves, a brick first floor facade and weatherboard cladding elsewhere.
