Constructed c. 1910, the side gable roof house features a Doric column-supported pedimented portico, multiple window groupings with multiple pane upper sash, 3 segmentally arched dormers, and brick end chimneys. Further Colonial details include a semi-hexagonal bay over the portico, an overhanging second story supported by brackets, and a one story side porch.
